Just because she can

A second Christmas to share

Gabby caps the day off with some slide fun with Daddy while uncle Jordan looks on with envy.
We were looking to feed the ducks here but I think they too were full from Christmas dinner, so we simply enjoyed dusk and the gentle breeze.
Thankfully Gabriella was a big fan of her new shopping trolley. I was happy to find it even came with it's own groceries.
Counting all the big, bright parcels, just for her. What a lucky little bubble.
A very early waking Gabriella perched herself on the make-shift out-door Christmas dining table. Looking rather Boticelli-esq, the little cherub co-ordinates well with the Christmas colours. She was more excited about the white tree than the breakfast that followed. A wise decision. Just saving room for Christmas lunch of course.

It's Christmas!

My little curious cat is in heaven at the Myer Centre in Brisbane with her good friends. A big part of me wanted to let her loose to jump in those sparkling baskets and cause mayhem. I settled for letting her play around with a sparkly purple star. A bunch of mothers and their munchkins all went to the Santa train at the Myer Centre but not all were brave enough to have a turn. Gabriella was very intrigued but needs another year before she'll be heading on by herself. It was a great day had by all nonetheless.
